Though he is discontented with KWAN, ME does not want to hurt innocent people so he refuses the job. LAN arrives and arrests the whole gang. LAN meets CHAT who is a drug addict as well as KWAN's spy. However KWAN knows little about him. ME is wanted by the police as he is suspected of car theft and illegal race……
