HUNG and CHEUNG arrive at Hong Kong. KIT tries to get in touch with them but in vain. KIT has been looking for ways to raise capital. With CHLOE’s help, he manages to secure a loan from a bank. SUM has enrolled on a number of further education courses for KIT’s sake. LONG thinks that this is not worth her while because she has sacrificed a lot but got nothing in return. CHLOE expresses her love for KIT but KIT points out that SUM is the one he really wants to be with. PONG, the chairman of a Korean financial group, is interested in bidding for the contract with Royal Court Hotel. FAT offers to collaborate with PONG and PONG promises to give him 40% of shares in return. As instructed by FAT, KEI tries to approach FUNG again.
