Anna tells Jordan about her plan involving Ric. The judge informs Nathan about the penalties for perjury as Levi stands up much to Diane's concern. The judge ignores what Levi has to say and asks Nathan again if he lied. Maxie then stands up and admits that she lied and explains the reasons why. Julian talks to Luke on the phone as Molly tells her mother she is upset she is dating the man who caused her father's death.Molly decides that she is going to move in with Sam. Alexis refuses to break up with Julian even after Anna tells her that he is bad news. Nina encourages Silas and Sam to go out and as they make dinner plans she listens in. After Sam leaves, Nina tells Silas just how much Sam was talking about how much she loves Jason. Sam ends up agreeing to allow Molly to move in.
